What kind of people do you work with?
I work with everyday people — the ones who are carrying a lot but still showing up.
If you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck in grief or trauma, or like something’s just off and no one’s been able to name it — I’ve got you. I also work with people who are ready for more in life but can’t seem to break through to it. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
Do I need to believe in energy work or mediumship for this to work?
Nope. You don’t have to believe in anything other than the possibility that something could shift. This work is grounded, practical, and deeply intuitive — it meets you where you are, no convincing required.
Do you do remote sessions?
Yes — all sessions can be done remotely over Zoom. Energy and intuitive work is just as effective when you’re in your own space.
What happens in a session?
Every session is different because every person is different. But generally, I tune in to what’s going on beneath the surface — emotionally, energetically, sometimes spiritually. We talk, we clear blocked energy, we release old emotional patterns, and we bring you back to center. You’ll feel more like yourself again, and you'll experience some amazing shifts.
Is this like therapy?
Not quite. Therapy is incredibly valuable — and I’m not a licensed therapist. My work is intuitive, energetic, and emotional. It complements therapy beautifully, especially when you feel like you’ve talked it to death and still aren’t feeling better.
How do your manifestation sessions work?
This isn’t about vision boards, repeating mantras or staying positive. It’s about getting real: clearing the emotional and energetic blocks standing between you and what you want and Aligning your energy. It’s honest, powerful work — and it works.
What if I’m dealing with deep trauma or illness?
You’re safe here. I’ve worked with people navigating all kinds of trauma, complex emotional pain and illness. I hold a strong, grounded space for whatever you’re carrying. This work can support your healing, not replace medical care — and I’ll always be honest about what’s right for you.
Is this covered by insurance?
No — this type of work isn’t typically recognised by insurance providers, so sessions aren’t covered. I know that can feel frustrating when you're doing something truly supportive for your wellbeing. Just know: this work often reaches places that conventional approaches can’t — and the results tend to speak for themselves.
Should I stop seeing my doctor or therapist if I work with you?
No — not at all. I’m not a medical professional, and the work I do isn’t a replacement for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It’s meant to support the healing you’re already doing, not replace it. In fact, this kind of work often complements traditional care really well. If you’re working with a doctor or therapist, I encourage you to continue — and let this be another layer of support.
